Many people hardly see the faces of those that skillfully work hard to create the designs behind the major fashion labels. Some people could careless whose who in the fashion industry, but I think its only necessary to be intrigued by the person whose doing the creating. 

Anyone can copy or reconstruct an inspired collection from decades ago, but it takes a mastermind to reinvent new concepts for a distinguish and successful brand. I am more fascinated by this individual who can give direction and have a presence under another designers vision.

Plus, you never know whose who, especially if your interested and study fashion, it's always important to know these people by their full name. You could be walking down the street in NYC and pass by a significant somebody, who may be just as intrigued with you being on top of your game and it may get you an internship, you never know...!!!

Marc Jacobs at Louis Vuitton since 1997.

Miuccia Prada at Prada since 1978 after taking over for her grandfather and launching her very own less expensive line called, Miu Miu, in 1992.
